I’m laughing because it has the option to be visible by everyone. Well if it’s visible to everyone then how the heck is it any different than a regular forum category? LOL Of course because I’m admin, I have to keep logging out because it looks different for me than a regular member, too.
I think it’s working now. We shall see!

I joined but didn’t see any posts, is that because there aren’t any yet?! I would love if this forum was private. 
Part of the reason I left the old forum.

@tibbar There are posts. It’s silly because it doesn’t show it from the groups link. It shows it on the actual forum. So when posts are posted, it will show up on the front page (latests posts) or in it’s forum category.

You’re welcome. We can name it/describe it anything. Because right now, it’s sort of identical to a forum we already have, just not public. I could make it specifically a healthy “diet” group or even for diabetes/pre-diabetic. I just wanted you to have a place where you can discuss things and not have it in public.
Also, if anyone else ever wants to start a group, just let me know.

here is the update, I went to the eye doctor this morning. tried to convince here that I have only known two weeks. so I have blood in the back of the right eye. and I have cataracts in both eyes, Which is causing the trouble driving at night. (I thought I was just whining guess not)
Two kinds of drops one for the dry eye and one for allergies.
Really wondering if this is all worth it at the end of the day.

Oh no. My mom and stepfather just had cataract surgery in the past month. I can’t drive at night at all either! I should get an eye exam. Do you think you’ll have surgery?

She said it is too early for surgery but in 8-10 years I will have to get it done, My eyes are about 15 years older than the rest of me.
She was mean about me not CONTROLLING my sugar levels. I was like UM it has been TWO WEEKS since I found out it wasn’t even on the radar before that. I really didn’t have a clue about it.
FINALLY did get the test strips I have been trying to get for a week. and they tried to give me the needles AGAIN and again I refused. OMG HHKP. Alaina said your going to need them apparently, I said and I’ve had such a fit about them trying to give them to me 4 times that they will not do it when I do. lol
Oh no, you just found out about your sugar levels and now this. Good grief, at least you don’t have to have the surgery now. Hopefully the next news you get will be good news!

I need to get serious about this sugar thing, the guy who had my position last yr just had another toe removed because his diabetes is so not controlled.
I think it every night and every day I eat whatever is easy.
Alan’s passing has so not helped, I’ve been so very sad over it. Anyway had to get that out

Good Luck, I have switched to stevia, I grow my own now. if that helps any… its hard…
