I just bought a new thistle sock and didn’t a chipmunk chew a hole in it and goggle it all up within a few hours? What a little thief.
Then the bunnies, birds, etc are all munching at the cherry tree grand buffet.
I’ll be doing some serious weeding this weekend. Lookout critters…I’m going to be in the yard, so you might all starve to death without your instant food access. lol

Ilove wildlife…but can they ever be maddening too.
We have problems with an introduced squirrel species…the grey squirrel and they are such a nuisance…our native little squirrel the Douglas is rarely a problem…but those massive greys…well!!!
We finally got a cat and that has helped alot!
I remember the little buggers trying to get into my parents house lots. Ruining the screen on the sliding doors was very maddening. Theyre cute, but very destructive lol
They have got into our house before. A few times. They found a little secret entry and when I’d try to shoo them out (broomstick in hand) lol, they’d find this place underneath the cabinets and in between the floor boards. We had to stomp and scare them out and set it up so they were forced to run out the open backdoor. :icon_lol:

I remeber reading somewheres that a plantlike marigolda ans something else will keep rabbits away or is that deer? hmmmm ill have to go and look it up
they can be annoying when they get involved with your garden, but they are cute little creatures.
