# Mandolin questions

I have one. I rarely use it because of slicing my fingers too often. I’m seriously thinking about getting a guillotine type. Do you have one? Use it? What kind? Want something different? Love it? Hate it?

Years ago, my father bought a mandolin for my mother as a gift. She sliced her finger… and put it away. Never used it.

Hence, I never owned one. Nor do I have the guillotine type. I just use a knife and hope for the best!

I had one, sliced my finger and donated it. I use a knife or food processer.
